Once we get the brief and before we start anything, we seriously try to understand what is at stake. Beyond traditional strategic planning we look into the consumer’s behaviour and expectations.
We bring in psychologists, mystery shoppers, specialists and focus groups to help us understand who we’re talking with. Talking with and not to consumers, our challenge is to engage your consumers not patronize them.

As soon as the creative brief is written, the creative team with copywriters, art directors, creative thinkers comes into play.
There’s a lot of talking, drawing, thinking, laughing and fighting before the final selection is made by the Creative Director. We want ideas with legs, so they can actually walk all the way to your consumers.

Once the concept is validated by the client, it gets fine tuned, turned into the final “ready for the world” poster, website, fanpage, youtube video or whatever else the concept requires by our superb studio and team of experts.
